What You’ll Do
- Engage in conversations through online messaging platforms
- Build genuine connections and maintain engaging conversations
- Follow established scripts, strategies, and communication guidelines
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and maximize revenue
- Maintain the appropriate personality, tone, and communication style for each account
- Respond quickly and professionally during your scheduled shift
- Track performance and work toward individual and team goals
- Communicate with managers and team members regarding account activity
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Creative and confident conversational ability
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Dependability and punctuality
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve
- Previous chatting, customer service, or online sales experience is a plus
